Are you passionate about creating supportive environments and interested in the intersection of business operations and community wellness? Longevity Mindspace is seeking a proactive and organized intern to assist with the daily operations and community engagement of our unique coworking space. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in community management, administrative support, and operations within a professional, wellness-focused environment.
Member Support: Assist with member onboarding, provide general support, and address inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Front Desk/Reception: Greet members and their clients, manage the waiting area, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Space Management: Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of common areas, private offices, and group rooms.
Booking Assistance: Provide support with the booking system, scheduling, and ensuring room readiness.
Community Engagement: Assist with organizing and promoting community events (e.g., free meditation sessions, member meet-ups).
Administrative Tasks: Support with various administrative duties, including mail handling, inventory management of office supplies, and basic data entry.
Marketing & Social Media (Optional, if applicable): Assist with creating content for social media or marketing materials to promote the space and community events.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
Proficient in basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
A professional demeanor and a strong commitment to confidentiality and privacy.
Interest in mental wellness, community building, and supporting small businesses is a plus.
Hands-on experience in coworking space management and community building.
